How do I reset my Zapp Active password? Print

If you have forgotten your password it's not a problem. Just follow this guide to reset it!

Step 1:

Click the grey FORGOTTEN PASSWORD BUTTON

Step 2:

Fill in your email address and click REQUEST RESET EMAIL

Step 3: You will be asked for the verification code that was sent to your email. As soon as you have typed in the code and hit VERIFY, you will then be asked to type in your new password:

Type in your new password and press the SET PASSWORD button.

Step 4: Click PROCEED and you will be taken back to the log in screen. You have now reset your password.
